Screens allow users to input and validate overtime and absence data for each member of the salaried staff. The system processes this information at month-end to produce a Salaried Overtime Statement for each employee affected. These statements are then handed into payroll so that overtime pay can be accurately distributed. The system provides a number of reports so that management can monitor overtime habits.
