The Voucher Management System (VMS) generates unique and encrypted Voucher Unique Reference Numbers (VURNs), which are then printed and distributed. Vouchers can then be redeemed via a Web Interface or using an optical reader linked to a Windows application. Both options utilise VMS's web services to validate the voucher numbers.
