Some jobs just do not fit into normal categories. Perhaps it’s more accurate to say that in many cases there is at least one aspect of a job that isn’t taught in Computer Science courses. It may be that a database needs to be updated from an industrial machine that is not programmable and provides no computer interface. It may be that information is required from a legacy computer system that is no longer supported or is provided by a third party.
